Return & Exchange Policy

Orders once delivered to customers can’t be returned to / exchanged back with Ginger Shoots Nursery. Only if it is eligible for Refund as stated under Refund Policy Below shall the Refund be considered.

Refund Policy

Orders already paid for will not be refunded except under following circumstances.

• An Incorrect product is received.

If you receive a product which is not matching the description given at the time of purchase you may reach out to us for refund of the money you paid for the same.

You need to notify Ginger Shoots Nursery within 12 Hours of receipt of the product to be considered for refund. It is advisable to take pictures of the product received by you for the said order number and attach the same in your communication to us.

The decision of refund will solely rest with Ginger Shoots Nursery.

In case your case/purchase is deemed ok for refund, the delivered product needs to be returned to Ginger Shoots Nursery. A reverse pick-up will be scheduled accordingly.

Please ensure that the product you return is unused, and original tags/stickers are intact & not damaged in any manner.

Refunds shall be credited back to the account from which the payment was made within 15 working days.
